2009 College Athletic Department Sustainability Survey

American Universities and Colleges are “going green” at an unprecedented rate – over 600 U.S. college presidents have signed a formal climate action agreement committing their institutions to climate neutrality.

How are collegiate athletic departments planning to implement sustainability strategies and practices?  Our 2009 sustainability survey of NCAA athletic departments provides comprehensive data from 97 FBS Division Schools.  The full survey results, have been published by the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education.
